To ensure a seamless stay at our multi-story home in Ciudad 2000, please review our standard rate policies:
- Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early or late requests are subject to availability.
- Inclusions: All listed rates comprehensively include high-speed Wi-Fi, full access to Air Conditioning (AC), and all utilities.
- Cleaning & Sanitation: A one-time standard cleaning fee is applied to every booking to ensure the property and its high-tech amenities are pristine for your arrival. Included in the price.Â
- House Rules: No smoking inside the premises. No pets. Keep doors locked. Carry keys with you at all times.Â
- Damage Protection: By completing this booking, the Guest agrees that a security deposit or credit card authorization in the amount of $300 USD or $1,200,000 COP may be utilized to cover costs resulting from negligence, accidental damage, or violation of house rules.
